How to make this recipe
This recipe calls for 4 thin chicken breasts. You can either take 2 larger breasts and slice them in half to make 4 pieces total or you can buy the pre-packaged thin sliced chicken breasts for convenience.
Start by making the spice blend. In a small bowl, combine the kosher salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder. Next sprinkle the spice blend on the chicken breasts on all sides. Make sure to rub in the spice blend to generously coat the chicken.
Next, preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium high heat. Once the grill or pan is up to temperature, grill the chicken on both sides until cooked through.
After the chicken is grilled, place on a platter and drizzle with the hot honey; sprinkle pistachios on top.
