Whether you’re new here or have been a follower since I started my journey over 8 years ago, you need to know that meal prep is a non-negotiable for me when it comes to living a healthier lifestyle. Taking an hour or 2 to meal prep on Sunday saves me calories and money by keeping me out of the drive-thru line!
Another thing you should know that I am an advocate for eating everything in moderation, never deprivation. Which is why I started making lightened-up versions of meals I liked that didn’t sacrifice flavor! I could still have a delicious lunch even if it was healthier for me.
Years of weekly meal prepping and hundreds of yummy meal prep recipes later, I’ve deemed myself the “Meal Prep Queen”. I’ve helped countless women and moms implement meal prepping lunches and breakfasts into their busy lives, and I want to help you too.
Though every recipe on this website is Sweet Savory & Steph approved, the meal prep recipes below are ones I find myself making on repeat. Not because they’re pretty or trendy, but because they’re delicious, practical and support my healthy lifestyle.

Chicken salads are great: you can use shredded chicken, canned chicken, or rotisserie chicken, you can serve with crackers, veggies or in a wrap, and they hold up great all week long!
