Ingredients
2canschickpeasdrained, rinsed
1ccucumberchopped
⅓cred onionchopped
2tbspchiveschopped
⅓cslivered almonds
¼cbasilchopped
2tbspolive oil
¼cwhite wine vinegar
½cfat free feta
½tspkosher salt
Instructions
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl combine the olive oil, white wine vinegar and salt to make the dressing.
Add in the drained and rinsed chickpeas, cucumber, red onion, chives, kosher salt, almonds and basil.
Toss all ingredients until well coated with the dressing. Finish with the feta and toss again to combine.
