1.5lbschicken breast tenderloinstendon removed
1.5tbspchili powder
1.5tspcumin
1.5tsp paprika
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tsporegano
1tspkosher salt

Instructions
Prepare the chicken tenderloins by removing the white tendon from each tender (see body of blog post for detailed instructions for how to do this easily).
In a small bowl, combine the spice blend (the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and kosher salt).
Season the chicken breast tenderloins on all sides with the spice blend to coat thoroughly.
Preheat a frying pan or skillet over medium high heat, and spray with olive oil spray.
Cook the chicken on both sides over medium high heat for several minutes, or until a golden brown crust forms and the chicken is cooked through to 165F internally.
Set the cooked chicken aside and finish with the juice of one lime.
