Slider Patties
1lb96/4 extra lean ground beef
1/2tspherbs de Provence
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspdried oregano
1/2tspdried basil
1/2tspkosher salt
1/4tspground nutmeg
1/4tspdried dill
Pickled Cucumbers
1/2cucumber
1/4cupwhite vinegar
1/4cupwarm water
1/4tspsugar
1/4tspsalt
Fresh cracked pepper
2garlic clovesminced
Yogurt Sauce
1/2cupplain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2lemonjuiced
1/2cucumberpeeled and grated

Instructions
Patties
Combine the burger ingredients and form into 8 equal-shaped slider patties, (2 oz each).
Grill or cook on medium high heat until cooked through, just a couple of minutes per side.
At the same time, on the same grill/pan, cook the onion slices with the meat.
Once cooked, set aside for assembly later.
Pickled Cucumbers
Combine the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic in a small bowl or mason jar.
Thinly slice the cucumber and add the slices to the jar.
Shake to combine, (optional: you can do this in advance, and let it sit for a couple of hours so the flavors can combine.)
Yogurt Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Assembly
Lay the pitas on a platter, top with mixed greens.
Top with the burger patties.
Top each slider with the cooked onions and pickled cucumbers.
