Ingredients
¾cplain non fat greek yogurt
1tsphoney
1tbsppowdered peanut butter
⅓cdiced strawberries
10gchocolate chips, low sugar
¼tspcoconut oil
Instructions
In a small bowl or mug, combine the yogurt, honey, powdered peanut butter, and strawberries.
Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl and microwave it for 10 second intervals or until the choclate is melted and easily mixed with the coconut oil.
Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the yogurt cup and spread to cover the top.
Put into the fridge for the shell to harden up (this takes minutes) and enjoy.
