12oztater totsfrozen (weighed frozen)
1oniondiced (divided)
1lblean ground beef
1tsppaprika
1tspgarlic powder

½creduced fat cheddar cheeseshredded
¼clight mayonnaise

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉
Spray the casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange the tater tots on the bottom of the casserole dish in an even layer.
Par bake the tater tots for 20 minutes. Remove the casserole dish and set aside while you prepare the other ingredients.
Spray the frying pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add the ground beef and half the diced onion, reserving the rest (raw) for the topping later.
Break apart the ground beef using a wooden spoon, and cook the beef and the onion until the beef is no longer pink.
Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and mustard to the dish and stir to incorporate it well.
Next add the ¼ cup water and allow it to simmer for a few minutes or until it is evaporated. Pour the beef mixture on top of the tater tots and spread to form an even layer.
Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and bake at 350℉ for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
In the meantime, combine the mayo, ketchup, diced dill pickles and white vinegar to form the sauce.
When the casserole is finished cooking, drizzle the sauce on top of the casserole and top with the shredded iceberg, sliced tomato, remaining onion, and the pickle slices, to your taste preference. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
