Ingredients
1lbshaved beef steak
2bell peppers
2onions
10ozsliced mushrooms
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tspItalian seasoning
2tspkosher saltdivided between vegetables and the beef
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper with non-stick cooking spray (olive oil or avocado oil).
Arrange the sliced vegetables on the baking sheet. Spray with more cooking spray, and sprinkle with 1 tsp kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper.
Bake the vegetables at 400F for 30 minutes, flipping every so often to prevent burning and sticking.
In the meantime, combine the beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, remaining 1 tsp of kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper, Worcestershire, and balsamic vinegar.
After 30 minutes, remove the sheet pan from the oven and arrange the beef on the sheet pan next to the vegetables in an even layer.
Increase the oven temperature to 425 and return the sheet pan to the oven; bake for another 20 minutes.
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and top the beef with the Swiss cheese. Broil for 2 minutes or until melted and golden brown.
