Ingredients
19ozfrozen corn kernels
1tbspbutter
2tspchili lime seasoning
1tspgarlic powder
½-1tspkosher salt, to taste
1lime, zested and juiced
fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Melt the butter in the saucepan over medium heat, and add the corn kernels. Cook the kernels until they are defrosted. Once defrosted, continue cooking them until they start to develop color on the outsides.
Add the chili lime seasoning, garlic powder, and zest and juice of the lime. Toss to combine and garnish with fresh parsley.
