These Baked Honey Garlic Salmon Bites are easy and delicious. Salmon is marinated in a flavorful combination of sesame oil, honey, chili garlic sauce, coconut aminos, ginger and garlic and baked to sticky perfection then topped with sesame seeds. Serve them in a bowl with rice, cucumber, avocado and spicy mayo and it will remind you of a poke bowl.

¾lbsalmon
1tbspsesame oil
1tbsphoney
1tspchili garlic sauce
3tbspcoconut aminos

Instructions
Chop salmon into bite sized pieces.
In a small bowl, add the sesame oil, honey, chili garlic sauce, coconut aminos, ginger, and minced garlic.
Add the chopped salmon in the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to several hours
When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 400℉.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and arrange the marinated salmon on the sheet pan.
Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
To serve: pair with rice, a vegetable, and top with spicy mayo.
