Ingredients
2largerusset potatoes
1tspkosher salt
1/2tsponion powder
Olive oil spray
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips (like fries).
Submerge the cut potatoes in a bowl of water to soak for 1 hour.
Once done soaking, pat the fries dry with paper towels.
Toss the fries with olive oil spray to coat, and the salt and onion powder.
Air fry at 380 for 20 minutes, opening the air fryer basket and shaking the fries every few minutes. Spray more olive oil when needed. Finish with a sprinkle of coarse salt
