Looking for a healthy treat to make with those old bananas? Skinny banana bread with walnuts is a lightened-up spin on the classic sweet treat. I love eating this banana bread as-is, or toasted with butter. It's sweet and delicious, and lightened up just enough that it tastes just like the original.
