Ingredients
1cupalmond flour
1/3cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1/2cupcane sugaror granulated sugar
1tspbaking powder
1/4tspkosher salt
1tspvanilla extract
1/3cupunsweetened almond milk
1.5tbspvegetable oil
2eggs
9gramsmini chocolate chipsif you don't have a food scale, it's equivalent to about 1/2 tablespoon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Combine the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
Add the vanilla extract, milk, oil, and eggs, and combine everything together with a whisk.
Spray an 8x8 square baking dish with cooking spray and pour the batter in.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool (at least 30 minutes) before slicing into 16 squares.
