Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, caraway seeds, kosher salt, and baking soda.
Add the butter to the bowl, and mix with your hands.
In another bowl, combine the buttermilk and egg.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Spray the baking dish or loaf pan with cooking spray.
Add the dough into the pan and bake for 40 minutes,
