Saute the pepper and onion in a frying pan with olive oil spray over medium heat, season with a pinch of kosher salt and pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes, until the peppers and onions are tender and start to brown, slightly caramelized.
Add the Worcestershire and balsamic. Stir. It will evaporate quickly.
Add more olive oil spray, and then sprinkle the flour across the pan. Toss to coat the veggies with the flour. The mixture will appear dry.
Add the beef broth and cook for about 2 minutes. The flour will thicken the mixture. It should be a thick mixture and not watery.
Remove from the pan, and set the pepper and onion mixture aside.
Spray more olive oil spray in the same frying pan, and add the shaved meat.
Season with the steak seasoning.
Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium high heat until the meat is browned and slightly crispy on the edges.
Assemble your sandwiches: toast your rolls/buns if desired. Top with the shaved beef, followed by the pepper and onion mixture, and finally, the cheese. Melt the cheese.
