1cupstrawberrieschopped
1cupblackberries
1cupraspberries
2tbspbalsamic vinegar

1packagedessert shells
1/2cupfat free Cool Whip
Instructions
Toss the berries with the sugar and balsamic vinegar.
Let them sit for about half an hour (minimum, or even overnight) for the flavors to combine and juices to release.
Add a heaping tablespoon of Cool Whip to each dessert shell.
Top with the macerated berries and juices.
Notes and Tips
Macerate the berries ahead of time, and defrost the Cool Whip in the fridge ahead of time.
Assembly of the dessert shells takes five minutes; do this right before serving.
If bringing this to an event, bring everything separately and assemble right before serving to prevent soggy dessert shells.
