2cupsold fashioned oats
1/2cupunsalted peanut butternatural, melted
1tspcinnamon
2tspvanilla extract
1/2tspkosher salt
1/4cuppure maple syrup
1/4cuppeanutsunsalted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325F.
In a large bowl, add the peanut butter, maple syrup, kosher salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Stir to combine thoroughly. Fold in the oats and peanuts.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and pour the granola mixture on top. Spread the mixture into an even layer on the baking sheet.
